At Shopmart, we offer free shipping or delivery in the UAE on most of our products. We also ship products across the GCC region. During the checkout process, you will be able to choose your preferred shipping destination. If your location is not listed, please contact our customer support, and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
We work with reliable courier partners to ensure that your products are delivered to you safely and on time. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and shipping method. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information.

Delivery Information
The driver might call the phone number listed on your address before attempting delivery. Someone must be available to receive the package. We’ll make three delivery attempts on consecutive days. If the third delivery attempt is unsuccessful your package will be returned to Shopmart. You may not receive a refund if the order is already paid.
Missing packages
You may find that the tracking will sometimes show that a package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it. In these instances, please contact us for updates on your package.
Do Not Disturb (DND) delivery?
At Shopmart, we listen to our customers and constantly innovate to serve their needs. With Do not Disturb deliveries, you can select a preferred ‘safe location’ (could be your front door, security guard or mailroom) and the delivery associate will deliver the order at the selected location without disturbing you, by not calling you or ringing your doorbell.
You will receive a picture of the package in its delivered location in the delivery notification. Our trained delivery associates and customer service teams are always at your service to ensure your delivery is safe.
Please note that some products may have shipping restrictions due to legal or logistical reasons. In such cases, we will notify you before processing your order. We are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the country of delivery.
